Clube do Filme #1

- Shoot 'em up

Quotes:

Mr. Smith: Do you know what I hate?
Baby's Mother: [in pain] No!
Mr. Smith: I hate these forty-year-old jack-holes wearing ponytails. That pony tail doesn't make you look hip, young, or cool.

Mr. Smith: You know what I really hate?
[Smith shoots Hertz in the the chest]
Mr. Smith: What I really hate, is a pussy with a gun in his hand.

(nem me dei ao trabalho de pegar quotes sem o “do you know what I hate?”)

Quotes:

[a grenade lands at his feet]
Dwight: And everything seemed to be going so well.

Dwight: The Valkyrie at my side is shouting and laughing with the pure, hateful, bloodthirsty joy of the slaughter... and so am I.

- Closer

Quote:

Anna: We do everything that people who have sex do!
Larry: Do you enjoy sucking him off?
Anna: Yes!
Larry: You like his cock?
Anna: I love it!
Larry: You like him coming in your face?
Anna: Yes!
Larry: What does it taste like?
Anna: It tastes like you but sweeter!
Larry: That's the spirit. Thank you. Thank you for your honesty. Now fuck off and die, you fucked up slag.

Larry: I want you to tell me your name. Please.

[throws down a note]
Alice: Thank you. My name is Jane.
Larry: Your real name.
[throws down another note]
Alice: Thank you. My real name is Jane.
Larry: Careful.
[throws down another note]
Alice: Thank you. Still Jane.
Larry: I've about got another 500 quid here. Why don't I just give you all this money, and you tell me what your real name is, Alice.
[throws down the rest of his money]
Alice: I promise.
[picks up some of the money]
Alice: Thank you. My real name... is plain... Jane Jones.

- Death at a Funeral

Pronto. Aí está o filme.

Quotes:

Daniel: [glances into the coffin just presented to him] Who is this?
Undertaker: Pardon me?
Daniel: This is not my father.

- Pride and Prejudice

Quotes:

Elizabeth Bennet: And that put paid to it. I wonder who first discovered the power of poetry in driving away love?
Mr. Darcy: I thought that poetry was the food of love.
Elizabeth Bennet: Of a fine stout love, it may. But if it is only a vague inclination I'm convinced one poor sonnet will kill it stone dead
Mr. Darcy: So what do you recommend to encourage affection?
Elizabeth Bennet: Dancing. Even if one's partner is barely tolerable.

Mr. Darcy: You must know... surely, you must know it was all for you. You are too generous to trifle with me. I believe you spoke with my aunt last night, and it has taught me to hope as I'd scarcely allowed myself before. If your feelings are still what they were last April, tell me so at once. My affections and wishes have not changed, but one word from you will silence me forever. If, however, your feelings have changed, I will have to tell you: you have bewitched me, body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you. I never wish to be parted from you from this day on.

- In My Father's Den

Drama.

Quote:

Paul Prior: Who you set out to be is not always who you become.

Paul Prior: Hey, I've got a joke. What sexual position produces the ugliest children?
Andrew: I don't know.
Paul Prior: Ask your mother!

Ashton Kutcher

- The Butterfly Effect

Quotes:

Dr. Redfield: Just think of your mind as a movie, you can pause, rewind or slow down any details you want.

Evan: If anyone finds this, it means my plan didn't work and I'm already dead. But if I can somehow go back to the beginning of all of this, I might be able to save her.

- Cheaper by the Dozen

Quotes:

Hank: Twelve kids... that's nuts.

Hank: [motions to his face] This is the moneymaker! I'm not that good of an actor! This is how I get the jobs, I know that.

- Guess Who

Quotes:

Simon Green: [after telling black joke and family laughing] What are three things a black guy can't get? A black eye, a fat lip and a job.
[laughing stops]
Howard Jones: I tell ya I'm gonna kick that boy's ass!

Simon Green: That's just it, she's everything I'm not. You know, she's my other half. Without her I'm not whole. You know the thing about meeting your other half is you're walking around, you think you're happy, you think you're whole, then you realize you ain't shit without her. Then you can't go back to being just a half 'cause you know what it's like to be whole.
